We’re confident that all our products represent the highest quality at the best price. So confident, in fact, that we’ve thrown down the gauntlet to our competitors. If you can find an equivalent product cheaper from another company, we’ll reduce our price to match it.
Of course, some other products may look similar at first glance. But take a closer look and you may find they don’t have the same benefits, such as the level of energy efficiency, or the safety and security features that you get with Mister Misty.
How does our price match promise work?
If we give you a quote and you find a like-for-like product cheaper elsewhere within 7 days, let us know and we’ll match the price. This applies to any of our windows, conservatories and rooftrim products.
What you need to do to claim on our price match promise (Terms and conditions)
- Put your claim in writing, addressed to your sales representative.
- Include photocopies of the competing offer and specification of the competing product with your claim.
- We need to receive your claim within 7 days of you signing your contract with us.
- We can only accept one claim per customer per order.
- We will then make a final decision on whether the competitor’s product matches the features offered by Mister Misty.
